I’m Igor, and I’ve been renovating homes for more than thirty years.

New England Renovation Pros is deliberately not a big company. I personally quote and plan every project, work on site, and inspect every stage of every job — including the work of licensed electricians and plumbers. If something isn’t right, it gets corrected. Nothing gets covered up, closed in, or signed off until I have approved it.

Nothing gets closed in until I’ve approved it — including the plumber’s work.

Our crew are experienced craftsmen, handpicked and trained to my standard — with full workers’ compensation and liability coverage, not whoever answered a text this morning.

We work across the North Shore and Greater Boston: kitchens, bathrooms, basements, attic conversions, decks, and full-gut renovations, plus the carpentry, flooring, and finish work other outfits treat as too small. We’ve even built a custom home climbing wall. If it improves your home, we’re interested.
