Real work in Salem

Two Projects. Two Different Scopes. One Standard of Care.

Salem homes often combine older framing, past alterations, uneven surfaces, tight circulation, and systems installed over several generations. Renovating them requires more than selecting new finishes—it requires understanding how the structure, utilities, walls, floors, windows, and adjoining rooms work together.

The two projects below show that range. One involved extensive reconstruction across a three-story home. The other focused on a complete new kitchen at a separate Salem property.

Salem project 01 · Three-story whole-house renovation

Full-Gut Reconstruction Across Three Stories

NERP rebuilt major areas of this three-story Salem home from the studs through final finishes. The scope included three complete bathrooms, kitchen work, garage reconstruction, bedrooms, stairs, hallways, insulation, drywall, electrical and plumbing coordination, new flooring, tile, paint, doors, trim, lighting, and custom details.

The dedicated case study separates the original condition, real construction evidence, contractor-taken completion photography, and bathroom walkthrough videos so the full scope can be explored without turning this city page into another oversized gallery.

Salem project 02 · Separate Salem kitchen project

Glossy White Kitchen With Island & New Storage

At a separate Salem property, NERP completed a new kitchen with glossy white flat-panel cabinetry, white counters, a central island, stainless appliances, a sink wall beneath the wide rear window, recessed lighting, and carefully finished connections to the stair, hallway, and adjoining rooms.

The blue color visible on several cabinet fronts is removable protective film safeguarding the glossy white finish during final installation and punch-list work. The dedicated kitchen page explains that clearly and shows the actual near-completion photography.

Salem renovation questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. The three-story project featured on this page included extensive reconstruction, three bathrooms, garage work, flooring, tile, drywall, electrical and plumbing coordination, stairs, hallways, bedrooms, and finish work across the home.

Can NERP complete a kitchen as a standalone project?

Yes. The separate Salem kitchen shown here was completed as its own project with glossy white cabinetry, counters, island, appliances, sink, lighting, storage, trim, and adjoining finish work.

Do you coordinate permits and licensed trade work?

Yes. When permits or licensed supervision are required, licensed construction supervisors, electricians, and plumbers handle the applicable oversight, trade work, and permit responsibilities.
